Please forgive me for asking an obvious question but
Culinary instructors: Did any of your students ever take the time to thank you?
Do you expect it?
I graduated a few years ago from culinary school.
Some instructors were plain great but others really went the extra mile.
One of them moved to Arizona not long ago and I feel a certain amount of regret.
It made me realize I never really thanked them or expressed any appreciation beyond 'yes chef, thank you chef'
