What's going on?

Hey guys and gals, I'm from New Orleans, LA, and I'm aspiring to be the most kick ass line cook (short term goal), and eventually put my own food out for people to enjoy. I've been in and out of culinary school, going as I could afford it, and I can't be more happy with the people that I've met at work and in school.
