I am taking a intro to baking class at my culinary school. We must have a practical at the end of the semester (what I am doing now). I signed up to bake a Seven Grain bread. It seemed simple with the strait dough method.I never baked this type of bread because I am not a baker. I am just wondering what and how I should serve with it and how to make it "the star of the show". Thanks!
