It's really hard to find any comparisons of different Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale producers. In fact I have found zero. So maybe this is hopeless. But I am trying to find suggestions on where to buy this rare balsamico. It's expensive so it's impossible to buy many and compare by myself.

To this day, of the tradizionale balsamicos, I have only tried a 12 year old from Acetaia Malpighi. It was a disappointment for me. Don't get me wrong, there are surely many who really appreciate it. But for me, I have tasted as good thick balsamico without the tradizionale labeling and a bit cheaper. In my subjective opinion Malpighi has a little too much the flavor of raisins.

Has anyone compared between tradizionales? If so, I am also curious whether a 25 year old has generally more or less the taste of raisins.
