so officially completed my 1 year professional culinary and pastry program (graduation was on friday)

have been working in a gluten free bakery. started there for my practicum at the beginning of january and was asked to join them.

also just got the good work that i will be working in Vikram Vij's new restraunt which shoukd be opening in the next week or two. Got a tour of it last week. Amazingly beautiful. I was told that I have been hired to be the main/head of pastry. Super excited but extremely nervous as well. This is going to be my first job working in a kitchen like this. Am very appreciative for the opportunity to get to work with Vikram - I know I will be able to learn a lot from him

Well thats the update for now. Have been extremely busy with work at the bakery, planning some catering events and also exploring another possible business opportunity. Hope all is well with everyone else
