Newbie to the forum

Hii everyone-
This is my first time on the forum and I'm looking forward to interacting with lots of people who adore great food. I raise much of my own food, including registered Berkshire pork (Kurobuto), and would love to get new ideas and techniques for preparation and preserving.
Also, if anyone has some advice as to how to more effectively use the forum, I would really appreciate the suggestions!

That's pretty amazing! Please do tell us more: where are you located? What else do you raise? Are you new at it or have you been raising animals for a long time? I guess raising animals is one of my fantasies... not sure if I'll ever do it or not. Maybe one day I'll have a couple chicken.

Indeed, tell us about that pig operation! I only got some quail and some rabbits at the moment, getting some chicken and ducks soon.... but my distant dream is to go a bit bigger!
