Hi there, I'm considering a career change and am looking to start somewhere as prep cook and work my way up. These days, I'm wondering if anyone will take me seriously if I don't have a blog. Thoughts?

I hope so badly that this is a complex joke on your part dishwasher. If you have that type of sense of humor to create an account simply to be deeply sarcastic and cynical about the world you really should be a chef. I think with this type of mind you could be truly great. If you are however serious get used to washing dishes.

And yet...the very thought that you would actually need validation from working chefs for

such a question, still makes me wonder how seriously you were "seeking an answer".

*sigh* but since I have so naively stepped into this puddle now I may as well answer it.....

IMO a fresh shave and a haircut would be more useful to you. Coupled with an enthusiastic attitude.

As to a direct answer, im of the opinion that the less a person shows about themselves on social

media, the less likely it is to haunt them later on. There you have it....

**idly wonders if he's actually still talking TO someone. ** /img/vbsmilies/smilies/rolleyes.gif
