Hello everyone! I live in the Oklahoma City metro. I'm a professional line cook at a nice steakhouse here. 6 years experience in professional kitchens. I look forward to doing some reading here. Perhaps i can contribute too. My preferred style is southern comfort food, bbq, and anything grilled or slow smoked. greetings to all!

I'm sure that you've already discovered that we are an eclectic gathering of folk.
