I'm a chef educator in a drug rehab Sydney Australia . i also run the kitchen as well as training , every few months i do little projects that show my residents that there is more to cooking than cutting up julienne carrot , the last project was how to use 20kgs of donated chocolate , we made a model of the Sydney harbor bridge , ive often use the forum to look up information , today i thought i better join up and log in , thanx for the the info

Yup, I’d say that we are pretty friendly bunch.  It amazes me how generous the members are with their knowledge of all things food.  I was doing to same as you about three years ago, searching the `net for an answer to a cooking dilemma, and here I am.  I would have to say though I am a died-in-the-wool-foodie from way back before there was such a word, HA!

Take a lookey-loo around; do keep in mind though that the Pro forums are read only for us folk who are not employed in the food industries, so don't leave us out, eh?

Should you have questions in regards to the site itself, once reviewing the FAQ and Community Guidelines you can post those in the Feedback & Suggestion forum.
