What are your most important cooking tool that determines you as a chef?

I personally think knife and uniform (and somewhat dishes) ares kind of shadow for me as a cook.

What are the most important tools that determines you as a chef?

What are your shadows? What are your chef identity?

Kitchen? Knife? Pan? Uniform? Table? Fire? Water? Spoon?
