Just joined, so I figured I should introduce myself. I've been on this site a lot, but only now got around to signing up.
Anyway, I'm a casual BBQ competitor, KCBS judge, and finally decided to open a BBQ restaurant here in Michigan. It's been the most hectic, expensive, and stressful past year of my life, but it's worth it tenfold. I've had a lot of jobs and owned a few businesses over the years, but this takes the cake. Nothing beats getting up in the morning and actually looking forward to a grueling 14 hour day.
So, I'm just here to learn from all of you who are more experienced and hopefully use that knowledge to build a better business.
