Hello to all,

I was a chef in the 60s, and trained in the army catering corps and served for 9 years and I went on to be a head chef in the red house hotel Exeter devon for 3 years , I am now 64 and I will be retiring at the end of November this year .

I intend to spend my retirement practing my skills as a chef
