I built a beautiful restaurant for my mother and  partner and am very happy I had the opportunity before she retired.  The restaurant was called Fiesta Fe in Richland Center Wisconsin and it was quite successful for fourteen years.  I want to change things up and create something new.  I would like to see something more event driven and if I had a partner willing to step in and create something  I have the right place for a talented chef that is interested in rural communities.  There are so many cool things at this location and what is needed is a fresh perspective, a new outlook and a spirit for commerce motivated by the art of living and eating well within organic and sustainable agricultural principles.  I have the details on another blog site called with a link to restaurant opportunity. I have the restaurant for sale but I'd be willing to give someone a start.  I just discovered ChefTalk and think this site is fantastic   I wish I had found this site when I started out.
