saying hello

Hi there, just joined, came across this site last night when I was looking for info on Red Seal Challenge. I live in Canada, so things are a little different, but cooking is cooking and I love to learn more from other Cooks and Chefs.

 

My name is Natasha and I cook for a living, love it, but would like to  move up the ladder. I have managed a small kitchen,but still crave more. Always looking for more creative and tasty dishes to make my own some how.

 

I do anything from 4 star dining to down home comfort foods, but I love the comfort foods the most, so much you can do with them to elevate them.

 

So here's a Hello to everyone, and you will see me from time to time, right now I am looking at Challenging the Red Seal, so I have a lot of cramming to do to refresh my memory.
