Young chef

Hey, I'm 18 and a line chef at Wagamama, been there 4 months now and enjoy it, at first we done 60-65 hour weeks as we just opened and didn't have a lot of staff so it kinda killed me, now we're on a steady 40 hour week rotar, we sell around £24-28k a week, not sure how much profit that is, but anyway, I'm starting a level 2 diploma in proffesional cookery in September, and don't see Wagamama being my future as I'd like to expand from Japanese inspired cooking, I like working with pastry if I'm honest, I'll just see how it goes, but personally I am in a good position in life, everythings going great, good job, good pay for my age (£7.18 p/hour + tips) got a girlfriend I really like, 2014 has been amazing for me and I hope to have a good career in cooking!
