I'm just graduating culinary school wit my ACF and I'm doing pretty good was working at red lobster now I'm at a venue and I make more but I'm still questioning cooking sometimes... I love cooking but I want to be the more of the behind the scenes chef but still burn it down in the kitchen sometimes I want to go back to school for business in September and learn more about running restaurants and get even better jobs.. Is this a smart idea and do most chefs/ restaurant owners go to culinary and business school???
