I'm just graduating culinary school wit my ACF and I'm doing pretty good was working at red lobster now I'm at a venue and I make more but I'm still questioning cooking sometimes... I love cooking but I want to be the more of the behind the scenes chef but still burn it down in the kitchen sometimes I want to go back to school for business in September and learn more about running restaurants and get even better jobs.. Is this a smart idea and do most chefs/ restaurant owners go to culinary and business school???

Short answer, yes, go take some business education. Ive been a cook since 78 and an owner since a while back. Ive learned some hard, expensive lessons along the way. Best that you learn them in school.

I totally agree with Lagom.

You won't learn everything at school, but you will be a lot better prepared. I also learned some hard lessons.....
