Hi everyone! I am new here on chef talks. I am looking to move to China to cook. I want to start at a culinary school to get me up to speed in a professional Chinese kitchen. I do have experience as a line cook in the U.S. I have worked in the industry for about 5 years. Can you guys shade some light on schools in China, as well as working as a cook in China? I would love to know about your culinary experiences in China! Thanks all!
