I hail from Austin Texas (really more like 25 miles north of downtown Austin) Originally from Phoenix by way of AL, FL, SD, NC, Germany, and TN, we moved to Austin in 2012.
While an at home cook, I like to throw a party here and there. My full-time 'job' is writing a business plan to open a commercial rental kitchen in my area. I've run dining halls in the Air Force for 8 years and feel at home in the kitchen environment. I want to open a business that helps others have a successful business. (that's my 15 years of non-profit work speaking)
