Spicy Grilled Beef Salad
Cast iron pan- roast jasmine rice
Into spice grinder. It adds a
wonderful nutty flavor.
Beef Sirloin, covered generously with fresh cracked pepper.
Grilled to "raw" and sliced thin
Combine fish sauce, lime juice, beef stock, palm sugar, in
small pot. Bring to boil, add teaspoon rice powder (shown
above) then add meat, stir quickly, and transfer to bowl
and toss with mint, bird chili, torn mint, shallot and scallions.
Pour any leftover dressing over served dish
Served in a bowl of butter lettuce and jasmine rice.
Oh, and an ice cold beer.
