A little stumped on this one.

 

Have tried various recipes but not the best, so I have come here to pick the brains of all you good pro chefs.

 

What I am after is a drizzle dressing to stripe over mushroom popcorn for our local school shop.

 

I live over in Thailand and am helping prepare some candies etc to donate to the school tuck shop. I have to take into consideration the average temperature as it will be displayed outdoors (sealed in plastic bags) with average daily temperatures north of 105 F. So the drizzle will have to remain stable in that environment.

 

I was hoping to end up with a fizzy flavour, I have lemon flavouring, lemon juice and also citric acid.... I want to have a lemony refreshing buzz on the tongue.

 

Can anyone point me to a decent recipe for this? I want it to be able to set on the popcorn quite stiff so it is dry to the touch when picked out of the bag.

 

Can anyone give me any advice on how to achieve this?
