I am currently operating a private chef business but I am expanding into a personal meal delivery service. I'll be leasing out a commercial kitchen space and have the clientele to establish a relationship with a great food vendor. I live in Arizona and the majority of purveyors I've seen are USFoods and Sysco. Does anyone have any other advice or experience with any great vendors? The food that I produce is local (as much as it can be) and my menu is made up of about 50% organic items. Thanks!
