New to this and would like some input on the subject. Would I talk to a marketer or an advisor.

What aspect of design are you talking about? Physical, aesthetics, systems?

It's a small 1500 ft. restaurant that is located in downtown Kingsland Georgia. This is my first time ever taking on such a great oppurtunity. So I'm at step one with my license and permits. Turning on all utiluties. And looking to design from of house and outside. I really need a mentor in this situation. Any help will be appreciated.

Moving this discussion out of New Introductions to a more appropriate forum where it'll get better visibility.

What's your basic concept?

Yes. What is the concept and what is your budget. Do you have money to hire an architect or designer locally?

I assume "from of house" means "front of house." You have kitchen already done or have consultants designing it for you?

What is your level of experience - your moniker says you are an owner/ operator. Have you run a restaurant before this?

OOPS. I figure since design is kinda my profession I would comment even though I'm not a professional chef. . .
