Running a farm to table operation with about 800 tomato plants in the field. We need to preserve them, and recently got certified to can them. So I will need to turn a few tons of tomatoes into sauce. I'm afraid my arm will fall off if I try to crank them through the Victorio strainer. Thinking about buying an Omcan commercial strainer. Anyone ever used one? Any good? What size do I need? Thanks for your input, I'm sure I'll be back to talk about this project as things develop.
