5 Deck oven loaves capacity / Hour

Hi all 

I'm new here and new to the business I want go trough.

I'm planing to buy a used Tom Chandley compacta 5 deck pizza oven to open my bakery but

I wonder to know with this 5 deck oven how many standard loaves can I produce /hour and if I will be able to bake any kind of Bread

DO NOT BUY  A PIZZA OVEN FOR BAKERY USE.

 

Sorry about the screaming, but it's true.  Pizza ovens run best at temps around 575 F and above, downright sh*tty at lower temps.

oops sorry, that should be 475F, not 575
