Do the meat tenderizers with all the needles work well?

Will it add more flavor when grilling?

TIA

Yes Jakar  Machines do work, be it manual or electric. Taste wise they do not alter anything.

If used excessively, texture will suffer.

It really depends on what you mean by "tenderizing".

Technically? No. It makes the meat more "chewable" the meat is just as tough as before.

A jaccard meat tenderizer chops the meat in shorter fibers, kind of the same purpose as thin slicing tough meat, but it is not tenderizing the meat.

It does not change the taste of meat; however, it allows seasoning to penetrate better.

Therefore, be careful with internal temperature if you jaccard meat for grilling, it also allows germs to penetrate deeper into the meat.

It doesn't allow marinades/grill flavor to penetrate more?
