I am looking for a commercial kitchen to lease. I am able to either lease my own or lease out a kitchen during 'off' hours of a current café/restaurant. Does anyone have any advice from the Phoenix area?? I've checked out chef shared kitchen and was not interested. I need the kitchen 3-4 days a week for about 6 hours at a time. I'm flexible with the hours but I will need some overnight storage in the walk-in (1-2 speedracks). I'd appreciate any information. Thanks!
