Super high volume seafood, casual dining restaurant requires a second in command in the kitchen. 
You are extremely organized, you have worked in similar style high-volume restaurants before, you have excellent managerial skills. And, of course, you love to cook. You are creative and interested in learning from an extremely patient and experienced Executive Chef. You understand that this job is to ensure that the kitchen runs exactly the same whether the chef is in house or not and that your job is to make it happen.
We are committed to excellent customer service, a fun and exciting work place and amazing food.
Bald Head ferry tickets and parking fees are provided for you. The ferry ride is just an added benefit, time to relax and unwind before and after your shift. Beats heck out of riding a subway!
The job requires 50 plus hours a week in the high season, less in winter. Benefits are available after 90 days.
