Hey everyone I'm stoked to finally have pulled the trigger to become a member ! Looking forward to getting to know everyone and gaining some knowledge. It took me forever to decide which forum I wanted to join but I think I picked the right one. I'm from long island new York and still live there but also cook in Lancaster pa. Im not new to the whole knife gfame but am always interested in learning more. Thanks again everyone.

I'm sure that you've already discovered that we are an eclectic gathering of folk.
