Hi,

I'm from Brazil and i was researching to open a Brownies, Cookies and Cupcakes shop over here.

I would like to know if you guys recommend any school that i could learn how to make it.

I would like to go tu US to learn it and comeback and open my shop.

Thanks for your help.

Cupcakes, Cookies, and Brownies aren't too difficult to make- I would maybe say it might be better to get a job at several different bakeries that specialize in these and learn there. You'll be saving money and learning how to successfully run a bakery! Of course the trick is actually getting the job which can be difficult if you're from another country and haven't been to school! Good luck!

What I would recommend is researching some of the pastry shops and bake shops that are known for the cupcakes and brownies. Then email or call them and ask them if you could come to work for them for a few months. Make a tour of some of those shops then head back. You will see more, get real world experience and probably enjoy the experience more.

Thanks,
