I'm from Houston, TX USA. I love great food and simply loved bread, all time I have cooked at home by my own. Bread is something I like and have read to learn about it and with my brother in law, he is a chef with inclination to bread, I started to learn a little bit more. We are starting a business in this arena and I want lo learn all about it, despite my background is on the administrative side, I am learning and studying to get with my hands on the dough.
I love to learn, I read this forum for a while and I love the information I can get from it, hopefully I will contribute to it in the future as I get some experience.
