Hello from Seattle

Hello all im Johnny Im a line cook in Seattle. Ive worked in this industry about 8 years now. I work at a pretty good hotel bistro and luckily have alot of creative freedom which is a first for me in a culinary job. I respect and and try to learn from all who do what I do... Anyway good day from the NW...

So glad you found us!  This a vibrant and diverse community comprised of folks of varying skill levels.  Don’t miss the Chef’s Garden forum; there is always something interesting growing there. 

I hope that you will post in the general forums as well as in the Professional, Home Cooks such as myself have alot to offer as well. 

Should you have questions in regards to the site, feel free to post those in the Feedback & Suggestion forum.  I think that you’ll find that everyone here is very helpful and respectful, a never ending well of generosity.
