Hello, My name is Elaine, I am a pastry chef and chocolatier from Melbourne, I work as a chef consultant for food companies, develop recipes and I am a chef instructor/presenter. Looking forward to meeting people who are equally passionate about food.

This is a fantastic, vibrant, eclectic community comprised of everything, INCLUDING the kitchen sink!

Isn’t that just the way food has its power over all us?

I might suggest the search bar at the top of the page since CT had been around for about 15 years; many a topic has gone around the moon a few times.

Please take a look at the general forums as well as the Pro section, many a Home Cook can bring it to the table as well as any Five Star restaurant.
