Cooked mash pie mild italian sausage (I added a little allspice) with onion and cabbage topped with mashed potatoes. Removed extra juice after cooking pork mixture. I recently started cooking dinner for a couple. This week she was gone and cooked only for him and two young children. I needed to cook something he could re-heat at dinner time. I think I used too much pepper on mashed potatoes and sausage was a little spicy. Is this a good choice. What could I have done different? A lot of the spice got removed in extra juice I think. I didn't have time to make crust or pie pizza dough from pizzeria. He is British.
