I have an opportunity to join a Senior Living Facility as their Executive Chef.

I had an initial interview that went very well and there is discussion that I will be given some form of online testing for the position as well as a Practical evaluation through Market Basket testing (fish + Meat, veg, starch, etc)


Although I have seasoned skills, it has been a LONG time since I have been given a written test for the trade. Can anyone give me some sort of Idea what to brush up on?
