Make this short and sweet, been cooking for close to 9 years several different restaurants. Went to Sinclair Community College and graduate with two 2-year degrees in culinary arts and restaurant management. currently working my way up looking for something bigger and better in the future.

 

Looking for knife advice and found this great site, really like it so far, great community.
