Culinary Instructor in Dallas

Glad to have found this place! I have been ripping around in this world since 1990. I have been in the short order, burger business, food delivery, fine dining, catering, personal chef, institutional, etc.

Happy to be off the line and imparting my knowledge (version of insanity) on a fresh crop of future chefs!

I am currently adjunct faculty at Collin College and Tarrant County College.

Chef Jett, you're in good company. One of our admins is a culinary instructor too, and many of our members are as well. I see you've already dived into the discussions, so you're already getting a feel for the place: respectful, international, fun a bit unexpected too!
