Hi there, I am new to ChefTalk and excited to start seeing all it has to offer. I am working on a new restaurant venture in San Antonio and looking for an Executive Chef with substantial experience in Southern/Lowcountry cooking. This is to be a fun, casual restaurant but the food has to be top notch and creative. If anyone would like to be part of a new locally-owned restaurant in San Antonio and part of its success, please let me know. Thanks so much.
