It was suggested that I post here as a get to know you sort of deal, so why not. You all I suppose will know me as nappingbadger, I am a line cook at Blu Kitchen and Bar in Brandon Manitoba and a hopeful culinary student in the next couple of years. I look forward to the potiential well of knowledge that I am tapping into now.
