Hello From SoCal

Hello

This is such a great forum, I have been reading a lot of the threads over the last month trying to learn more about ovens, since my last purchase was a waste of money. And while reading and looking for an oven I have learned more than I came here for :)

 

So I decided to join because I have a question about the Blodgett ZEPHAIRE-200-G-ES, which I posted here http://www.cheftalk.com/forums/posts/by_user/id/67203  Im hoping to find some feedback on that one.

 

Well I am happy to join your community and continue to learn more and hopefully provide help to others in the process.
