Smoked fish dip is one of the most delicious, and easy-to-make horderves. Just a little of this and that, and in no time you can look like a hero to your friends and neighbors over for dinner or watching the game.
Smoked eel is such a delicatesse on its own that maybe I wouldn't turn it into a pâté or "smoked fish dip" as the OP calls it.
