So I just made my first pasta dough and it came out really well! Very elasticy (if that's a word lol) but I have a slight problem. I have to leave for work in less than an hour. Currently the dough is in wrap resting on my counter, but how can I store it so I can use it later tonight? Can I just throw it in the fridge then take it out when I get home? I'll only be gone for about 7 hours or so. And will I work with it the exact same after it's been in the fridge? A quick reply would be awesome! Thanks so much!
