G'Day from Sydney

Hi all,
I'm a software engineer from Sydney. Been out here 20 years, originally from the valleys of 'old' South Wales.
Found myself doing a fair bit of cooking for a young family, got fed up with the limited number of crappy knives we had and started looking into getting new knives - so started a terrible addiction.
Bought my first Japanese knife about 14 months ago - totally addicted now.
Also gotten into sharpening.
Love this forum, lots of good info and ideas.
