Hello guys. I bought miyabi 6000 mct 9.5". Using japanese knife for the first time. But I can't really decide which stone to use to sharpen it. I dont wanna damage my knife. Which stone u can suggest me? I was planning to buy 1000/6000 shun. Im open for new suggestions . Thanks.
