I've recently taken over a restaurant/ pub in East Dulwich and am wanting to build a strong team around me to support the restaurant to get the the next stage of dining.
To do this, I already have a great Sous Chef, but we are rant to the ground together. I NEED assistance. Someone to come in, get their hands dirty and to create my menus and dishes as I planned them.
I have tried the local sites to advertise, calling my role a CDP or Junior Sous, but I get lost amongst the thousands of other posts and within minutes I'm on the third page of a job board.
Can any one offer any advice into finding young, energetic and keen staff?
This is not a job post, but if any one can actually skip a step and perhaps knows of anyone interested then I wouldn't mind getting in touch.
