new ideas using mince meat

Me and my boyfriend eat a lot of mince meat as it's cheap.
We usually make our own burgers, spaghetti, broccoli cheese, and wraps from it.
Considering we don't have an oven just the gas burners any one have any more ideas that we could do with it ? Gets a bit boring after a while.

Stuffed zucchini, meatballs, stuffed meatballs, chili, stuffed manicotti, beef kebabs, taco salads, etc.

Tacos, any kind of meatball in a gravy, never tried it but I bet you could braise a meatloaf in a gravy

Edited: no oven. Sorry. Please, buy a cheap, small electric oven.

Various sorts of chile, goulash. One thing I like to do is cook some macaroni, brown some meat with onions and such, then mix the meat, macaroni and tomato sauce into a pot - quick chile mac.  Mix it with hash browns and top with a couple of eggs.

This is one I cook for our church family fellowship dinners. You could half the recipe and still have left overs. You can add some color with red bell peppers or peas.

Also, fried empanadas, samosas, spring rolls, steak tartare (only with fresh, high quality meat), ground beef tempura.

Not only possible but delicious!

My mom always did hers in an electric skillet set very low.

No peeking as with a crockpot you lose all the heat when the top is lifted.

Here is a recipe from one of my 4-H kids.

 

Ground meat (brown and drain the fat)

1-2 pkgs of beef stew mix

frozen mixed veg

canned tomatos

 

Follow the directions on package when done can be served over buttered rice or noodles.

I gave the kid (8 years old) a blue ribbon.

A small toaster over would really widen your cooking horizons... when I moved into this house I had no kitchen, I cooked on a coleman camp stove and used a toaster over for 2 years and turned out a lot of good food.

Sausages, you can use  every sausage recipe and stuff or don't stuff,

Kebabs,

You can use minced meat to make croquettes or bitterballen.

Stir fries, stews and everything already said in the posts above.

Use it for fried rice, fried noodles, make into balls and use into soup......
