You could call this Chocolate Orange Cream, Its Very Rich, Very Delicious and Very Easy to Make.

175g Chocolate, Broken Into Pieces.
6 Eggs, Separated.
3 tablespoons of Orange Curacao, Grand Marnier or Cointreau.
1. Slowly melt the Chocolate and Butter in a heat proof bowl over a pan of gently simmering water, stirring till mixed and melted.
2. Remove from the heat and beat in the egg yolks one by one, along with the chosen spirit flavouring.
3. When cold, fold in one third of the beaten egg whites, then whisk up the remaining egg whites again before folding in the balance.
4. Pour into 12 ramekins or small teacups and Chill Well. Top with Cream, Orange Rind and Chocolate Swirls.
