hey Everybody!

Hey ! I am a line cook. I love everything about the kitchen. I mean everything! I have never been to culinary school but I want to go one day. I work in a restaurant that is growing. I have been trying to learn as much as I can. I have worked as a line cook at the L.A. county fair, ive worked on two food trucks in L.A. and I have also worked at Universal studios as a line cook. Before all of that my experience was 5 years at Mcdonalds. I love what I do. I am trying to find my way and figure out what path I want to take to become better and provide for my family. If i could be an apprentice under someone i would love to do that! But Hopeful ly this community helps. Thanks:)
