Not sure if I'm required to post here first, but hello everybody! I love to cook at home... worked in the restaurant biz for many years as a waiter. That being, where I picked up my skills. Love me some red wine too!!

made this last week. Shrimp, mushroom & red pepper quinoa. came out great!!
