Need help remembering the name of a dish...

Im trying to remember the name of a dish.

I remeber it uses chicken, peaches (pureed), curry and cream.

Chicken usually seared and sauteed, peaches are pureed and sauced over the chicken as it cooks in a pan, add cream, then curry to taste.

I have the name on the tip of my tongue, but cant remember it.

Thanks in advanced....

I've looked in all of my Thai cookbooks and don't find anything with peaches. It would surprise me, actually, if this is a real Thai dish, rather than a "Thai-inspired" dish. Peaches are from a tree that requires chilling during a period of cold-weather dormancy which you would not find in the tropical climate of Thailand.

I REMEMBERED THE NAME NOW.

It just came out of no where....

Coronation Chicken....

My version uses the peaches, coconut milk and curry to get a cream based sauce. I use cream too.

I dont use it to stuff sandwiches.

Thanks for all who attempted to help and cared.

Coronation chicken was supposedly 'invented' for Queen Elizabeth II's Coronation in the early 1950s as a nod to the then British Commonwealth's Asian influences.
