Private Chef Hi

Hi to everyone,

 

Just joined. I am a private chef in Shropshire, UK. I am also a freelance head chef for a wedding catering company. I also train all new field cooks for a children's outdoor education company that focus on wilderness and survival so any fire related cooking questions and tips much appreciated. Really glad to have joined, hope to answer and ask some questions soon!
